Terms of Service

Klance(S) connects verified agencies with verified partners for agency fulfillment. Users must provide accurate account, project, portfolio, and payment information.

Money-flow disclosure: Klance(S) is not a bank, escrow agent, or money transmitter. Payments are processed and moved by Stripe Connect, Payoneer, or another regulated provider. Klance(S) routes transaction records, receives marketplace fees, and tracks status; it does not hold funds or manually release escrow.

Anti-circumvention and contact-sharing disclosure: users may not use Klance(S) to find a marketplace counterparty and then route payment, work, or commercial terms outside the platform to avoid fees, verification, auditability, or safety controls.

AI features are advisory. Human users remain responsible for approving scope, payments, disputes, partner selection, and account actions.
