How Klance(S) handles marketplace data.
Klance(S) collects account, verification, agency, worker, project, payment-status, message, file, audit, and AI-log data needed to operate the marketplace securely.
Payment account and transaction details are processed by payment providers. Klance(S) stores provider identifiers, status, fees, and reconciliation records needed for auditability; it does not store raw card or bank credentials.
AI features may process project, message, reputation, dispute, and capacity signals to produce recommendations. AI outputs are logged and validated for abuse prevention and operational auditability.
Marketplace safety data, including contact-sharing and anti-circumvention signals, may be reviewed by admins to enforce trust, billing, and platform integrity rules.
